Power skating (30mins) (times will be adjusted for 6-7 PM group)
Forward stride length and development, advanced edge control & coordination, agility & balance, backward c cuts, crossovers forwards/backwards, quick feet / acceleration
Power Forward Techniques(60mins)
All shots (wrist, back, slap, snap (age depending), game realistic stickhandling, net front skills (tipping, rebounds, high tips), wall play (offensive/defensive zone), net drives, puck protection).
Players will average 200-300 shots per session.

2018-2015 (6:30 7:30 PM)- $350 + HST ($395.50)
2014-2008 (730-9 PM) - $525 + HST ($593.25)
