Post - Holiday Prep Camp 2025/2026
On-Ice
1st hour- advanced power skating/shooting/stickhandling application of the skills to in-game situations.
2nd hour - position specific drills, small area games, stations and cap with an endurance skate (parachutes)
Off - Ice
45 minutes workouts geared for hockey players including plyometrics, hockey specific body weight movements, stretching/ yoga

2018s/2017s - On ice (9-11 am), Off-Ice (11-11:45pm)
2016/2015s - On ice (11-1 pm) Off-Ice (10-10:45 am)
2014s - On ice (11-1 pm) Off-Ice (10-10:45 am)
2013s- On ice (1-3 pm) Off-Ice (12:00-12:45 pm)
2012-2009s On ice (1-3 pm) Off-Ice (12:00-12:45 pm)
2012 - 2009 groups will receive sessions on body contact, angling puck separation and puck protection
