Backwards skating (20mins) ‍

Backward "c" cut length and development, advanced edge control & coordination, agility & balance, crossovers backwards, quick feet / acceleration

Shooting/Stickhandling (30mins)

All shots (wrist, back, slap, snap (age depending)), game realistic stickhandling‍

Dfense Skills to be Covered (40mins)

angling, gap control, poke checking, 1 v 1, 2 v1, pinning managing the blueline (shooting through seams), escapes, neutral zone passing (also good skills to learn if a forward)
