Whether you are looking for one on one, group or team training; DHD provides high intensity elite hockey training for male and female players looking to take their game to the next level.
It is DHD’s mission to INSTRUCT and provide the tools that are necessary to answer the ‘what, why, when and where’ for each skill or tactic. DHD programs DEVELOP transferable behaviours that the athlete can APPLY to game situations.
DHD offers instruction through specialized skill camps, positional clinics, 3V3 leagues, coach consulting, individual video analysis and so much more. We keep our sessions in small numbers, this is designed to ensure each player is receiving the necessary touches and repetitions.
Each session is specifically designed based off the group’s skill level, while the small numbers encourage players to compete and push one another; while still getting the individual attention needed to develop.
