Forward stride length and development, advanced edge control & coordination, agility & balance, backward c cuts, crossovers forwards/backwards, quick feet / acceleration etc.

Shooting/ stickhandling (40 mins)

All shots (wrist, back, slap, snap (age depending)), game realistic stickhandling
